the first is that they don’t know what they’re marketable skills are and so they have instead enough time assessing their strength. Frankly and as a result, they can just trouble when it comes to knowing what they have to offer an employer, the second mistake. I think that they make it that because I don’t know their marketable skills.

The focus of most of the job seeking advice is focused on the job seeker… on them performing of them, looking good on being perfect and saying the right thing. So the typical job seeker, without a lot of experience, because it’s not what they do for a living, that, trying to get a job they get very me focused. They tend to build resumes built on what they think is important when the interview.

I am 65 and have a BS in Economics plus a year and a half of law school with some 25 to 30 years of experience as a contracts administrator/manager in the EPC engineering, procuremnent and construction both domestically and overseas. For the last 2 years I have been un and underemployed, my question is that I am contemplating gettiing a MBA in Supply Chain Managment and I was hopeing you could give your input on what the next 5 to 8 years could be for someone with my education and experience and especially with an supply chain MBA.
