The focus of most of the job seeking advice is focused on the job seeker… on them performing of them, looking good on being perfect and saying the right thing. So the typical job seeker, without a lot of experience, because it’s not what they do for a living, that, trying to get a job they get very me focused. They tend to build resumes built on what they think is important when the interview.
